Get to Know Dr. Hani Battah
Over 20 years of veterinary experience serving pets & families throughout Lancaster County
Dr. Hani Battah was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. Graduated from Baghdad University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Due to the circumstances that followed the end of the first Gulf War, his family decided to leave Iraq in search of a new home and build a new life. After 7 years of traveling and exploring different countries such as Jordan, Egypt, and New Zealand, he reached the United States at the end of 1999. He met his future wife, a native of Lancaster, PA, in 2001. After successfully completing 4 years of rigorous testing, he obtained a license to practice as a veterinarian in the USA in 2004. After building a veterinary career in Lancaster County, he founded Battah Mobile Veterinary Services to provide compassionate, low-stress in-home care, allowing pets to receive treatment in the comfort of familiar surroundings.
